Dude, that's just so....odd.
Heh! It's actually Doom tunneling into the Earth with this machine of his because he wants to go to Africa. Beerower is the sound of the machine digging.
Yeah, even with context, that panel insane. ESSENTIAL SUPER-VILLAIN TEAM UP is just chock full of weirdness.
